Adoremus Dominum
Let us adore the Lord
United with Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament and under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, this apostolate seeks to place Jesus Christ once again at the very centre of hearts, homes, parishes, and the life of the Church through deeper Eucharistic adoration and loving consolation of Our Lord truly present in the Most Blessed Sacrament.
Through deeper consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary and under the maternal care of Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament, the first tabernacle of Our Lord, this apostolate prays for the sanctification of priests, an increase in holy priestly and religious vocations, and the outpouring of a new priestly Pentecost upon Christ's Church through loving Eucharistic adoration, prayer, reparation, and kneeling before the hidden Holy Face of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament.
As intercessors before the Eucharistic Lord, we pray that His reign may be more fully established within hearts and throughout His Church; that priests may be strengthened in holiness, vocations awakened, families renewed, and souls drawn ever more deeply into faith, reverence, repentance, and love for His True Presence in the Holy Eucharist.
Under the mantle of Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament, we trust that through the grace flowing from Eucharistic adoration, Christ will renew and strengthen His Church, strengthening priests, awakening vocations, and drawing souls ever deeper into the true living Presence of Jesus Christ.
Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament, pray for us.
Saint Peter Julian Eymard, Apostle of the Eucharist, pray for us.
Jesus Christ, truly present in the Most Blessed Sacrament, have mercy on us.
“We intend in a very particular way to entrust all priests to Mary, the Mother of the Eternal High Priest, placing Eucharistic adoration at the centre, so that a continual prayer of adoration, thanksgiving, praise, petition, and reparation may rise to God for the sanctification of priests and the awakening of holy vocations.”
“The soul goes out of self to unite with Jesus, to adhere to the Divine Object of its contemplation. To appreciate the gift of the Eucharist at Its just value, the adorer ought to go as Mary did, and with her, to Its source, to the sacrifices It demanded of our Lord’s love. The contemplation of those combats and of that victory will suggest to the adorer what he owes in return to a God so good.”
